ONE OF PRACTICE Today's
practice we will be focusing on both our offensive and defensive
strategies. Our strategies of course combined with our skill, technique
and conditioning will combine to make this a winning season. However
our approach and style of play I believe will help to contribute
to a successful season. Remember to also bring warm outdoor clothing
because we could possibly be running on the track for awhile,
both today and tomorrow.
DAY
TWO OF PRACTICE Today's
practice will follow the same if not similar format to yesterdays,
so come prepared to give 100%. As your coach I can only guide you
and teach. Ultimately it is you that wins the games, so come always
prepared to work hard.
As the weather this early in the season can be
quite unpredictable come prepared for tryouts. It is recommended
you include in your kit bag both indoor and outdoor soccer shoes,
additional warm clothing (sweat bottoms and sweatshirts) and
socks(should they get wet), and rainproof clothing should it
be snowing or raining.
Also bring a bottle of water and or juices whatever is your
preference and a SOCCER BALL.
